Refund policy
PURCHASES DIRECTLY FROM PRE&PERI
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded and all returns must be returned prepaid to:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For items that have been picked up or locally delivered directly by Pre&Peri (i.e. not shipped by a third-party carrier), if your return is accepted, an in-person return can be arranged via e-mail.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
All custom made items are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
For shipped items, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For picked up or items delivered by Pre&Peri (not a third-party carrier), exchanges must be made with an in-stock item of the same price as the original item purchased. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds of purchases made using Gift Cards as payment will be refunded to the same Gift Card.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order that you placed, please contact info@preandperi.ca immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has shipped. If your unwanted order has shipped, please see our Refund Policy to begin a return.
PURCHASES FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from a third-party retailer. Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase for their refund and exchange policies.
