Shipping policy

ONLINE RETAIL PURCHASES

Pre&Peri currently offers shipping Canada-wide only. Due to unpredictability at the Canada/U.S. border, we are no longer shipping to the U.S. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for your item(s) to be prepared for shipping. Shipping time is dependent upon the carrier and method chosen. Carrier will be chosen based on best rate available. Customers will have a choice between Standard and Express Shipping Flat Rate.

Transit times and delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days; rural destinations may take 7-14 business days. Actual delivery times may vary. If you have concerns about your order, please let us know and we will contact the carrier. 

FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Online retail purchases of $100CAD or more before tax will qualify for free standard shipping to valid Canadian addresses. 

From time-to-time, special shipping offers may be available. These will be announced on the home page of preandperi.ca and reflected at checkout. 

CANADA POST STRIKE

Canada Post has gone on strike multiple times in recent years. When a strike is active, we will suspend all Canada Post shipping services to avoid disruption to orders.

We will not be able to ship to PO Box addresses during these times. Therefore, orders submitted with PO Box destinations may be delayed or canceled.

Alternative carriers remain available to deliver to non-PO Box addresses. 

BULK ORDERS

Bulk Orders terms will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Be sure to check your Junk and/or Spam folders for updates on your Bulk Order.

Shipping addresses within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be given the option of a $25 flat-rate door-to-door delivery.

In order to reduce packaging waste, your order may be delivered in a reused box depicting another company's product.
