The Child hugging their knees shows the vulnerability of young children. The head is raised up with hope for a better future. The trilliums around the child are the flower of Ontario and are inspired by the Ojibway floral style.
Created in honour of the child victims of the residential school system, 50% of the profits from the sale of this item will be donated to True North Aid, a charity working to help northern Indigenous nations through practical humanitarian initiatives. This t-shirt is beautiful. The colours are vivid, the cotton is soft and comfortable, it was delivered in a really timely fashion. And I had local Indigenous people thanking me for wearing it when they saw me walking in the neighbourhood. Very grateful. I will certainly be buying more items from you!
